We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dynamic Office/Administration Manager who will coordinate the work of the school Admin team to ensure a high quality, efficient and effective service is provided that responds to the needs of the school and its stakeholders.
We are looking for a highly professional, organised, self-motivated and proactive individual with the initiative and drive to make the role and team a success. With previous office experience of coordinating a team or leading projects, the candidate will be expected to manage the duties, systems, procedures, communications and processes of the central admin function of the school, whilst providing high quality admin skills, an eye for detail and innovative solutions to day-to-day issues.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. They will be able to demonstrate discretion, problem solving, multi-tasking, and prioritise their own workloads and those of the team effectively.

This post offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed teacher to work within a strong, innovative and successful Languages Department. We are seeking to appoint a dynamic professional who will be able to contribute creatively to the teaching of Languages at Teddington.
Uptake of Languages at KS4 is high and students achieve above the national average; last year 83% of students gained A-C in French and 100% of students gained A-C in Spanish. Students have positive attitudes to learning Languages and enjoy the variety of activities and skills in lessons.
The Department will be offering ‘A’ levels in Languages when we launch our new Sixth Form.
